What should I expect from an RTT session?

You’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state where we explore the root cause of your challenge. Together, we uncover the meaning and beliefs formed from past experiences and begin reframing them.

 

You’ll receive a personalised audio recording within 24 hours to support your transformation over the next 21–30 days.

How are the programmes structured?

Each programme begins with a free 30‑minute discovery call to explore your goals and ensure we’re a good fit.

 

A typical structure includes:

  • Discovery Call (30 minutes)

  • Consultation (30–45 minutes)

  • RTT® Session (1.5–2 hours)

  • Follow‑Up Calls (7–10 days and 21 days after your session)

Should I choose the 30‑day or 90‑day programme?

During your discovery call, we’ll explore your goals and challenges. I’ll recommend the most suitable option based on what you want to work on.

 

You can start with the 30‑day programme and upgrade to the 90‑day programme if needed.

Where are you based?

I am based in Ayr, Scotland, and I work with clients across the UK and worldwide through online sessions.

 

Online RTT® and coaching sessions are just as effective as in‑person work and offer flexibility and comfort.

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural state of focused awareness, similar to being absorbed in a book or film. It allows us to access the subconscious mind in a gentle, supportive way to create meaningful change.

How often should I listen to my personalised audio?

For best results, listen once a day for at least 21 days.

 

Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted for 15–20 minutes.
