FAQs
What should I expect from an RTT session?
During the session you will be in a relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events, thoughts and/or feelings. It is my job to work alongside you to uncover the meaning and interpretation that were formed as a result.
We then move on to reframing these events and start to create new, empowering beliefs. A personalised audio recording will be sent to you within 24hrs, which you will need to listen to for the next 30 days
How are the programmes structured?
Each RTT session forms a package, either 30 or 90 days. We start with a discovery call to discuss what you'd like to work on, areas on concern and to ensure we're a good fit for each other. The process looks like this:-
Discovery Call: 30 minutes
Consultation: 30 - 45 minutes
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Session – 1.5 – 2 hrs
2 X Follow-Up Calls: 30 mins (7-10 days and 21 days)
Should I go for the 30 or 90 day programme?
During the discovery call I will ask a number of questions to gain a clear understanding of the areas of concern. By the end of the call I will inform you of what I recommend.
If you're unsure, you can proceed with the 30 day programme and then upgrade to the 90 day programme if required.

Where are you based?
I am based in Southend, Essex (UK), however I provide sessions in surrounding areas, including London but also online, worldwide.
Studies have proven that online sessions are just as effective as face to face. Online sessions tend to fit around peoples busy lives and from the comfort of their own homes.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnotherapy is a safe practice with a long history, dating back centuries. Whether through rituals, prayer, or healing temples, the principles of hypnosis have remained consistent. Today, we naturally enter trance states while watching movies, reading, or engaging in deep conversations. Hypnotherapy uses these states to access the subconscious mind for healing and transformation. Just as these everyday activities are safe, so is hypnotherapy, providing an effective therapeutic approach.
How often should I listen to my audio recording?
In order to gain the maximum benefits you should listen to your recording once a day for a minimum of 21 days.
Make sure that you are in a safe, quiet place where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the recording - usually 15 - 20 minutes.
