The Anchor Space is a private, trauma‑aware support service for adults who are supporting a young person through mental‑health difficulties or neurodiversity‑related support needs. It is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, created by someone who has personally navigated caring for a young person whose wellbeing has not been fully supported within existing services.

It offers calm, confidential guidance for parents, carers, guardians and foster carers, a steady place to pause, reflect, and feel supported in the midst of complex emotional demands.

Anchor Sessions (1:1) provide structured emotional support, grounding and clarity, shaped around the needs of the individual and the context they are navigating.
