Are you ready to overcome any challenges, traumas and/or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back? My comprehensive 90-day programme is designed to address your concerns through three structured 30-day phases. This programme is ideal for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, burnout, addictions, imposter syndrome and PTSD. Included are three Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) sessions that will help you eliminate unhealthy habits and foster a renewed sense of self — all for an investment of £750. These can be undertaken at a mutually agreed time, usually a month apart from one another. Discovery Call This is an opportunity for us to learn more about each other, to understand what you would like to work on and to make sure we are a good fit to work together. For each subsequent RTT® session you will receive: - Consultation/Intake Form Duration: 30-45 minutes Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) session X 3 Approximately 2 hours Follow-Up Calls – approx. 30 mins First call: 7-10 days after the RTT session Second call: 21 days after the RTT session Together, we can work towards overcoming these obstacles and achieving your goals.
