At Intra Wilderness Therapy & Coaching, I offer a trauma‑aware, nervous‑system‑led approach that blends hypnotherapy, RTT® and therapeutic coaching. Every session is tailored to your pace, your story and your capacity. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. We work gently, collaboratively and with deep respect for your lived experience.

Together, we explore what’s been holding you back, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you with the steadier, clearer parts of yourself, the parts that already know how to heal.

My approach is shaped by:

  • Nervous‑system regulation - helping your body feel calmer and more grounded

  • Hypnotherapy & RTT® - used when appropriate to access deeper layers of the mind

  • Therapeutic coaching - practical tools, emotional support and steady guidance

  • Lived experience - understanding overwhelm, resilience and recovery from the inside
